5.2 Return Conditions

Fresh Food Products

  • Due to the nature of fresh and perishable products, returns are accepted only if products are:

    • Damaged;

    • Spoiled;

    • Incorrectly delivered.

Non-Food Products

  • Returns are accepted only if products are:

    • Unopened;

    • Unused;

    • In their original condition.

5.3 Refund Process

  • Refunds are provided only for approved return cases.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days using the original payment method.
