1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes after placing the order.

• After 30 minutes, the order preparation process may have started, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Return Conditions

Food Products:

• Due to the nature of fresh food products, returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged;

  • Spoiled;

  • Incorrectly delivered.

Other Products:

• Returns may be accepted only for products that are:

  • Unopened;

  • Unused;

  • In their original condition.

3. Refund Process

• For approved refund cases, payments will be processed within 3–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
